Karins and Associates has consistently grown since its founding in 1973. Our areas of practice include Subdivision and Land Development Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Land Planning, and Land Surveying.

A present staff of 44 people is employed at Karins and Associates. This staff consists of seven Professional Engineers, two Professional Land Surveyors, five individuals classified as engineering interns (EI), five fully equipped two person survey crews familiar with all aspects of land surveying. The remainder of our staff consists of designers, draftspersons, survey technicians and administrative personnel.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING PERSONNEL:

CAD Technicians, Design Engineers, Professional Engineers,
Survey Technicians

(Land) Survey Technician
We are seeking a computer literate individual experienced with COGO and
CADD. Hand drafting experience considered a plus. Familiarity with deed
research, survey computations, boundary determination, construction layout,
residential land grading, and subdivision / zoning codes required. Good
interpersonal skills required. Ideal candidate is an individual seeking
office experience required for registration as a PLS.
