| OUR CLIENTS Our list of clients includes such governmental agencies as New Castle County, State of Delaware Department of Transportation and Cities of Dover, Newark and Wilmington. Engineering services provided to the private sector include subdivision design and site planning. Additionally, Karins and Associates provides services for land development of shopping centers, office and industrial complexes, schools, nursing homes, and other private facilities. Types of design projects for governmental agencies include highway and road improvements and/or widening, sanitary sewer mains, water distribution systems and general site improvements. Karins and Associates provides full surveying capabilities for all of its design projects. Field surveying services range from property and topographic survey required before design to construction layout of a site subsequent to the design. The firms work is approximately 50% field surveying and 50% office design oriented. |
