Narberth PlaceOctober 28, 2016 – Narberth Place, the first project under a new ordinance intended to preserve historic buildings, included the conversion of a Methodist Church and parish house into residential units and building 3 new houses with associated parking facilities. It is a 2016 Montgomery Award Recipient recognized as “an exceptional adaptive reuse project awarded for historic preservation, creative site design, and successful community collaboration.”   Momenee, a Karins Company, was recognized for their engineering services.  From the client, "Momenee was an essential part of our project team for the award-winning Narberth Place project.  We have worked with them on numerous projects and return to Momenee because of their innovative site design, knowledge about the engineering approval processes and their ability to navigate through public or private roadblocks.  Most of all, they are professional and responsive.  I will continue to return to Momenee."  Click here for more information…
