The Churchman’s Road and Rte 7 Interchange in the Christiana area of New Castle County provided much needed relief for an increasingly crowded intersection. Karins worked closely with the project Engineer to provide research, deed mosaics and survey topography and locations for the project. Karins also provided construction baseline control for the rehabilitation of the length of Churchman’s Road between the Rte 7 Interchange and the bridge over I-95 as well as the Rte 7 construction baseline
