Upon the construction of the Route 1 Bypass road through the two northern counties of Delaware, a need for a connection to I-95 and the Christiana Mall entrance became apparent. Karins and Associates assisted the project Engineer with project research, deed compilation, boundary evidence reconnaissance, and topography and appurtenance locations. The project is currently in the design phase and is scheduled for construction to begin in the Spring of 2011.
